it's a poorly binned 3070 that had cores disabled to make space for a new product. About 8-12% behind 3070 at 1440p - on the level as a 2080 Super. Minimal differences between the 3060Ti and 3070 in RT performance @ 1080p/1440p. Depending on price, might be a better buy than 3070 if it beats the price/perf of that card.
